A.V.A. St. Helena Rosé

Our estate Rosé is a tribute to our interns, who work tirelessly each harvest. This project starts with their creativity and is meant to be a fun assignment for aspiring winemakers. The Syrah is making a comeback appearance from our estate planting trials of the early 2000s. The first crop from these young vines and produced the perfect juice for this Rosé. The few hours of skin contact rendered a very pretty pink color. Please note that the clear glass, though it shares the gorgeous color, does not protect the wine from light. Please protect this delicious bottle from ‘light struck’ off characters by storing it in a cool, dark cellar.”
